Select Medical Specialists coordinates requests for completed reports from participating providers and routes requests for narrative reports, depositions, record review, and testimony.
Records and reports
Coordinated across participating care.
With a valid patient authorization, administrative staff can gather available completed reports from participating providers involved in the patient’s care and route them through the approved records process.
Narrative reports may include the history provided, examination findings, imaging, diagnosis, treatment, current status, restrictions, a physician’s causation opinion when supported by the medical evidence, and anticipated future care.
Secure access
Individualized access for authorized users.
For matters enrolled in the reporting program, authorized law-firm users may receive 24-hour individualized access to completed reports through the approved secure reporting process. Call (833) 767-5395 for enrollment or access support.
Access is limited to authorized users and records covered by a valid patient authorization.
Depositions and expert services
Selected physicians may be available for depositions, medical-record review, or expert testimony in plaintiff or defense matters, subject to specialty, availability, conflicts review, and advance arrangements. Opinions are based on the medical record, examination findings, and the physician’s independent professional judgment.
Scheduling and fees
Advance scheduling requirements, the appropriate contact, and the current fee and cancellation schedule are supplied on request. Fees are not published on this website.
